Human Resources Manager

Susan joined the Parking Solutions Team in January 2010, bringing with her 20+ years of Human Resources experience. With 12 years in the building material industry and 10 in chemical manufacturing, Susan comes with a well-rounded knowledge of all HR aspects.

In 2009 Susan started making a name for herself around Columbus,OH by doing public speaking, addressing other HR and Safety Managers at events such as the BWC Ohio Safety Congress (2009 & 2010), the MEC seminar for HR, and testifying in front of the Ohio Senate for workers comp reform.  She believes that one voice can make a difference, especially when speaking on behalf of small businesses.

Susan believes in “hiring the right people at the right time for the right job” and strongly supports the company vision “people getting where they want to go, successful in business and fulfilled in life”. She believes these philosophies bode well together and will result in success with PSI’s sole asset: its’employees.
