With over 20 years experience in helping clients successfully grow their business through organizational restructuring and strategic planning, Mary is an expert at communication and implementation. In order to design and execute systems and procedures that are most effective, Mary learns each client’s business/industry from the inside out. Using this industry based knowledge, along with the latest technology, she can then pattern services to complement each organization. She strongly believes in being active in each client’s trade association in order to anticipate their needs and pro-actively offer solutions.
