Human Resources Manager

As the Human Resources Manager for Parking Solutions, Inc., Jo Ann Scavina is responsible for all areas of this department. Jo Ann’s experience and philosophies are in line with those of Parking Solutions. Jo Ann lives by the credo “that people are always your focus whether they are your internal or external customer.”

Jo Ann has over 25 years experience in Human Resources and Operations in a variety of industries including: healthcare, hospitality, technology and corporate relocation. These experiences have encompassed customer, employee, organizational and departmental development.

She credits her extensive knowledge and successes with the good fortune of having had excellent mentors and working alongside wonderful and intelligent people. Jo Ann makes a difference personally and professionally to those around her with one consistent basic principal that has been the foundation for her successes: “You must give respect to receive respect.”
