Site Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:   This flexible individual will be a working Valet Manager  responsible for effectively/successfully managing his/her site operations.  Must ensure client/customer satisfaction with excellent organizational and customer service .  Other duties as assigned. 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:  High School Diploma with 1-3 years experience in the service related industry and managing diverse group of people

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to drive all types of motor vehicles, including a manual transmission
• Valid drivers for at least 5 years
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent background check
• Must understand the complexities and diversities of managing people
• Complete understanding and appreciation for client retention, customer service and client problem resolution
• Understand and have ability to implement positive discipline for coaching, guiding and leading employees for professional growth
• Complete understanding/appreciation of Respect and Professionalism at all levels of the organization which includes senior level management to senior level management.
• Understand the importance and necessity of confidential information being kept in the strictest confidence
• Ability to effectively integrate and encourage teams
• Able to provide on the job training for new valets in regard to service procedures, company policies & standards, and parking protocols
