Manager on Duty

Manager on Duty (MOD) position at Newport on the Levee, in Newport Kentucky available immediately.  This is a full time position with open availability needed and weekend shifts required.  Pay is $11.50/hour with benefits available after 1,000 hours or 6 months of employment.  Two years of previous management required as well as customer service skills.  The MOD is responsible for supervising Parking Solutions' cashier, valet and maintenance teams, a team of 15-18 people at any given time.  Maintenance duties include managing the team, ensuring cleanliness of property and ability to handle repairs.  Valet position requires ability to drive a manual transmission, meet PSI driving background check, valet when busy, and ensure excellent customer service on the front line. Customer service and cash handling experience are crucial to the cashier position.  The MOD position will be best suited by an applicant looking for a long term career in customer service with previous coaching and training skills.  Computer skills necessary, including excel and word documents.  Reliable transportation needed.
