Position Summary: Responsible for effectively running his/her city operation by ensuring client satisfaction at each account and operational excellence at each account. The AM supervises and sets goals for the Assistant Area Managers and ensures that they are in the mentoring process for promotion. The AM also assists the sales manager with new account growth and strives to meet various financial goals relevant to the budget. |
