We are looking for a positive, energetic Taxi Supervisor to manage daily operations and our taxi starters at the Port Columbus International Airport. This individual will possess a complete understanding of exceptional customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a professional demeanor and appearance and the ability to manage, mentor and coach others.
The scope of management and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluation of new taxi starter staff
· Planning, coordinating, and scheduling of all taxi service staff
· Employee development, discipline, training and supervision
· Solve and resolve issues independently
· Facilitate excellent client relations
· Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of independent contractors
· Ability to monitor the taxi drivers for compliance to the rules outlined by the airport
· Ability to investigate and provide resolution to customer complaints
· Ability to trouble shoot parking revenue control equipment
· Ability to manage subcontracted vendors for contract compliance
· Maintenance of Financial Reporting
· Facilitation of site accounting procedures and principles
· Other administrative and supervisory duties as assigned
