Site Supervisor
Parking Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor to manage various Health Care Facilities in the Cleveland Area, at Fairview Hospital, Hillcrest Hospital, & Lakewood Hospital. The supervisor will be responsible for the over-all day-to-day operations, while promoting a professional, customer friendly environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2- 4 years experience as a Site Supervisor
Supervisor experience in the parking industry/hospitality a plus
Able to operate a manual transmission/stick shift, and handicapped equipped vehicles
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than a combination of two moving violations and/or accidents, including not at fault, within a three year period) requires Commercial drivers license Class C with passenger endorsement
Strong customer service skills
Maintain confidentiality
Assist with management duties including: scheduling, supervising attendants, audits, processing bank deposits, ensure compliance with PSI and Client guidelines, policies, and procedures
Ability to effectively utilize PSI technology as well as any job-specific systems/technology (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
Ability to effectively lead a team
No visible tattoos or piercings
Maintain PSI and Clients grooming guidelines
Ability to analyze and resolve customer service issues
Reconcile cash, prepare reports maintain supply order, and perform other duties as assigned
