The Shuttle Supervisor will possess 1-3 years of leadership experience, and knowledge regarding shuttle, fleet operations or transportation services, preferred but not required. The scope of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluation of new shuttle driver applicants
- Assisting in the planning, coordinating, and scheduling of all shuttle driver employees
- Employee development, discipline, training and supervision
- Investigation and follow-up of all accident and injuries; insuring all forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Maintaining positive vendor, customer, and associate relationships
- Timely address of customer issues including customer complaints
- Assistance in the maintenance of Financial Reporting
- Other administrative and supervisory duties as assigned
Job Requirements

1-2 years experience in shuttle and/or fleet operations, safety and/or training with a working knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations, preferred
- High School Diploma required, college coursework desired; degree preferred

At least 2 years leadership/supervisory experience

Valid drivers’ license, with no more than 2 moving violations in three years

A current CDL preferred, but not required
- Exceptional time-management skills

Effective labor and employee relations experience

Strong problem and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast paced environment; the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
