Shuttle Supervisor (CMH)

Job Description: 
The Shuttle Supervisor will possess 1-3 years of leadership experience, and knowledge regarding shuttle, fleet operations or transportation services, preferred but not required.  The scope of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   
  • Recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluation of new shuttle driver applicants
  • Assisting in the planning, coordinating, and scheduling of all shuttle driver employees
  • Employee development, discipline, training and supervision
  • Investigation and follow-up of all accident and injuries; insuring all forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Maintaining positive vendor, customer, and associate relationships
  • Timely address of customer issues including customer complaints
  • Assistance in the maintenance of Financial Reporting
  • Other administrative and supervisory duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in shuttle and/or fleet operations, safety and/or training with a working knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations, preferred
  • High School Diploma required, college coursework desired; degree preferred
  • At least 2 years leadership/supervisory experience
  • Valid drivers’ license, with no more than 2 moving violations in three years
  • A current CDL preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Effective labor and employee relations experience
  • Strong problem and conflict resolution skills
  • The ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast paced environment; the ability to multitask  
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • An ethical, upbeat, service-centric demeanor
  • Must understand the complexities of diverse work environments
