Garage Maintenance

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and possess previous housekeeping and maintenance experience.

Requirements include:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent,

·         A Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)

·         No criminal background

·         Reliable transportation to and from work,

·         The ability to stand, walk, routinely climb stairs and/or ladders

·         Push, pull and grasp various equipment

·         The ability to safely utilize cleaning solvents.

Duties include:

·         General cleaning of the parking garage,

·         Provide customer assistance (i.e., jumping batteries, etc).

·         Perform routine maintenance work and basic repairs.

·         Other maintenance and housekeeping duties as needed.
