POSITION SUMMARY:  This flexible individual must possess a positive attitude, a professional appearance and demeanor and excellent customer service skills.  This position is responsible for enforcing the policies and procedures, keeping management apprised of any personnel equipment, or material issues that may have an impact on the operational capability of the company. 

• Providing support for cashiers enabling them to perform their duties with excellence and provide superior customer service
• Maintaining schedules and disciplinary actions as needed
• Training Cashiers on all aspects of the position
• Ensuring all Cashier paperwork is completed
• Customer support and assistance
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred
• 2-4 years recent experience working with cash and with the public
• Possesses a sense of urgency
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must have experience working in a fast paced environment
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Schedule flexibility, including having the ability to cover call-offs, as needed
