    Job Description: 
 Duties and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
- 
         Effectively communicate Parking information and policies to the customer. 
- 
         Ability to analyze and solve customer parking issues. 
- 
         Maintain communication with parking staff to assure prompt response for vehicle assist requests. 
- 
         Record customer shortage/backup. 
- 
         Investigate billing and refund related questions. 
- 
         Agree to maintain confidentiality of patients, visitors, staff and guests. 
- 
         Act as an Ambassador when serving customers and/ or employees. 
Essential Qualifications:
- 
Prior supervisory experience 
- 
Safe driving skills and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than a combination of two moving violations and/or accidents, within a three-year period) 
- 
The ability to drive all type of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions
- 
A minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- 
The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- 
Exceptional customer service skills
- 
Be a minimum of 18 years old
- 
A high school diploma or equivalent
- 
No criminal record
- 
A professional appearance and demeanor
- 
Reliable transportation to and from work
