Parking Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking Customer Care Representative - Cashier/Attendant to provide prompt, friendly, professional service while maintaining proper cash handling at Fairview Hospital, Lakewood Hospital and Hilldrest Hospital (Cleveland Clinic Facilities)..
Qualifications:
Greet customers with a warm smile and provide excellent customer
Maintain ability to communicate valet/parking policies and procedures to customers
Reconcile daily cash drawer
Keep money and tickets neat and secure
Minimum 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation to and from work
Adhere to cash handling procedures
Good organizational and problem solving skills
Minimum of 6 months cash-handling experience
Reliable transportation to and from work
Good verbal communications skills: ability to speak, write, and comprehend english
Good grasp of basic math concepts
Manage currency, coin, and tickets, reoder as necessary
Keep booth secure
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Comply with PSI and Client pre-employment guidelines
Adhere to strict grooming guidelines
No visible tattoos or piercings
Maintain confidentiality of patients, customers, staff, co-workers, and visitors
