Assistant Valet Supervisor

Job Description: 

We are looking for a service-centric, enthusiastic Assistant Valet Supervisor to assist in the daily management, scheduling and maintenance for a staff of valets at the Indiana Live! Casino. This individual will possess supervisory experience, a complete understanding of exceptional customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a professional demeanor and appearance and the ability to manage, mentor and coach others.

 

The scope of management and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   

 

·         Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and evaluation of new valets

·         Planning, coordinating, and scheduling

·         Employee development, discipline, training and supervision

·         Solve and resolve issues independently 

·         Facilitate excellent client relations

·         Maintenance of Financial Reporting

·         Other Administrative/Supervisory tasks, as assigned

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

 

·         High school diploma/GED required, Associates/Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent education and experience 

·         1-3 supervisory/leadership experience required

·         21 years of age or older

·         Complex problem solving skills and ability to multi-task successfully

·         Strong written and advanced verbal communication skills

·         Minimum of 4 years of licensed driving experience

·         Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than a combination of two moving violations and/or accidents, including not at fault, within a three year period.)

·         3 months experience in driving a manual transmission

·         Ability to drive all types of motor vehicles

·         Previous cash handling experience

·         Positive customer-service outlook

·         Ability to pass criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule 

·         Professional attitude and demeanor
