We are looking for a service-centric, enthusiastic Assistant Valet Manager to assist in the daily management, scheduling and maintenance for a staff of 4-6 valets at the Port Columbus International Airport. This individual will possess supervisory experience, a complete understanding of exceptional customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a professional demeanor and appearance and the ability to manage, mentor and coach others.
The scope of management and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and evaluation of new valets

Planning, coordinating, and scheduling

Employee development, discipline, training and supervision

Solve and resolve issues independently

Facilitate excellent client relations

Maintenance of Financial Reporting
