Chief Operating Officer

Jen Wooster-McBride is PSI’s Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Jen is responsible for strategic planning and corporate development.

Prior to joining PSI, Jen worked in Logistics for Abbott Laboratories. She brings extensive experience in operations management, transportation, workforce strategy and development, customer service, financial management, systems strategy, process optimization, and metrics development.

Jen is a firm believer in giving back to the community and is a member of several non-profit and professional organizations including the MBA mentoring program at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Jen has an MBA and a BSBA in Transportation and Logistics from The Ohio State University. When not at work, she loves to garden, hike, and travel.
