PSI has part-time openings for Shuttle Drivers in the Cleveland Area

Under general supervision, performs various tasks related to the transport of passengers in a safe, courteous and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

Insure excellent customer service skills

Valid Commercial Drivers license Class C with passenger Endorsement

Operates wheelchair lift and properly secures before operating shuttle

Monitors traffic amd weather conditions, notifies supervisor of any potential concerns

Follows specific scheduled routes and coordinates routes with other drivers or team lead

Must be able to communicate by phone, two-way radio, and in person in clear fluent English in a courteous/friendly and professional manner with customers, guest, co-workers, patients and visitors

Basic upkeep of the interior and exterior of the shuttle

Completion of reports as required

Must be 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or equivalent

No visible tattoos or piercings

Adhere to PSI and Clients strict grooming guidelines

Report any safety defects or necessary maintenance

May be responsible for fueling of vehicle 

Report accidents and incidents or other safety concerns to immediate supervisor

Work in all elements of weather

Assist customers special needs upon request, but in compliance with PSI's policies and procedures

Inspection of shuttle before every shift
