Parking and Transportation Services Supervisor

Job Description: 
 Duties and Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
  •          Effectively communicate Parking information and policies to the customer.
  •          Ability to analyze and solve customer parking issues.
  •          Maintain communication with parking staff to assure prompt response for vehicle assist requests.
  •          Record customer shortage/backup.
  •          Investigate billing and refund related questions.
  •          Agree to maintain confidentiality of patients, visitors, staff and guests.
  •          Act as an Ambassador when serving customers and/ or employees.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Safe driving skills and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than a combination of two moving violations and/or accidents, within a three-year period)
  • The ability to drive all type of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions
  • A minimum of 2 years of driving experience
  • The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • No criminal record
  • A professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
