We have an immediate need for part time cashiers at our Columbus Airport location. Applicants must have prior cash-handling experience. 2nd shift availability and weekends are a must. Qualified applicants must pass a background check and drug screen, have a GED or HS diploma, speaks reads and writes fluent English, and possesses excellent customer service skills.

Cashiers need to possess: 

·         The ability to read, write and perform simple arithmetic calculations.

·         The ability to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process transactions, answer questions, greet customers and perform other daily activities with courtesy and tact.

·         The ability to understand, and provide instructions and make relatively straight forward comparisons between numbers and letters.

·         Courteously and efficiently collect the parking fee and provide tickets and receipts as needed to patrons.

·         Perform other clerical duties

·         The ability to work a flexible schedule, as the hours are varied (including nights and weekends).
 
2nd shift positions are available. ***Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3:30-Midnight, Saturday 8am-2pm, and Sundays 4:30pm-1am.

The candidates need to possess: 

·         Exceptional customer service skills

·         Be a minimum of 18 years old

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         No criminal record

·         A professional appearance and demeanor

·         Reliable transportation to and from work

·         Good organizational and problem solving skills

·         Basic verbal communication skills-ability to converse with customers  

·         Ability to effectively communicate and work within a team environment as well as having the ability to work well independently

·         At least six months outside cashier or cash handling experience 

·         Ability to make light decisions (count cash/make change) 

·         Ability to effectively communicate with customers in English

·         Good grasp of basic math skills

·         Good manual dexterity
